A mechanical puzzle is a puzzle presented as a set of mechanically interlinked pieces in which the solution is to manipulate the whole object or parts of it. Foffa Conrad created the largest such puzzle – a six-piece challenge known as a “Devil’s Knot".

The first skyscraper!

The first skyscraper is the Home Insurance Building which was completed in Chicago. During its construction, city authorities were so worried that the building would fall, that they held back the construction for a period of time so that they could ensure its safety.

The world's largest newspaper!

Le Petit Journal was a conservative daily Parisian newspaper published from 1863 to 1944. Its circulation first reached one million copies. Later, it had a circulation of two million copies, making it the world's largest newspaper.

The crossword!

A crossword is a word puzzle and word search game that usually takes the form of a square or a rectangular grid of white- and black-shaded squares. The game's goal is to fill the white squares with letters, forming words or phrases.

The short actuality film!

A short actuality film was named 'Roundhay Garden Scene' and it was filmed at Oakwood Grange in Roundhay, Leeds, in the north of England. In the 1930s, the National Science Museum (NSM) in London produced a photographic glass plate copy of 20 surviving frames from the original negative, before it was lost.

Formula 1

The youngest driver to win a Formula 1 World Championship is Sebastian Vettel (Germany, b. 3 July 1987) who won his first title on 14 November 2010, at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, United Arab Emirates, aged 23 years and 134 days! Going into the final race of the season, Vettel was one of four drivers still in contention and at the end he took the F1 crown for the first time!

The largest falafel!

The largest falafel was 74.75kg (164.80 lb) and was prepared by the Landmark Amman hotel (Jordan), in Amman, Jordan, on 28 July 2012. This was prepared by 10 chefs all working at the hotel. They followed the traditional recipe of chickpeas, parsley and coriander with mixed spices. The diameter of the falafel was 130 cm

The largest collection of fast food restaurant toys!

The largest collection of fast food restaurant toys is 10,000 items and was achieved by Percival R. Lugue (Philippines), verified in Apalit, Pampanga, Philippines, on 4 November 2014. Percival has recently built a house to house his expanding collection. His friends have named it the giant Happy Meal Box!

The tallest chocolate sculpture!

The tallest chocolate sculpture is a 13.52m. tall replica of the Burj Khalifa building created by Andrew Farrugia and unveiled at Dubai International Airport in Dubai, UAE, on 27 November 2014! The model was originally planned to be 17m. tall but unfortunately, due to time constraints, the model had to be erected with a reduced height of 13.52 m. The feat was attempted as part of the 43rd UAE National Day Celebrations.

The longest line of hamburgers!

The longest line of hamburgers is 306.27 m (1,004 ft 10 in) and was achieved by The Kuwait Food Co. Americana, in Kuwait city, Kuwait, on 30 May 2009. 2,500 hamburgers from Hardees restaurant were used to make the line. The ingredients were: buns, beef burger, cheese, ketchup. The line was assembled in the form of the Kuwait towers.
